The ForeverFit Nutrition Program provides not only an intensive, eight week process for losing the fat, but a lifelong maintenance program based on macro-patterning, or regulating how and when you take in protein, fat and carbohydrates to avoid storing more fat.
But this is no rigid system based on denial; the food plans are generous, simple and easy to tailor to your own needs. The beauty of these meal plans is that they are not generic; they are personalized for both men and women, but also diabetics and people wanting to lose 10, 30, and even 100-plus pounds.
 Even people that have no weight to lose can learn how macro-patterning can improve their energy levels and long-term health. The plan even allows for alterations if someone reaches their goal in less than 8 weeks.
Built-in “food passes” make it easy – and healthy – to rotate out the days so that you can party with the best of them and not throw the entire plan out of whack. On the following pages you will find sample meal plans for men, women and diabetics, all based on using the alternate days:
- Baseline Days: Basic nutrient intake, containing proteins though the day, one starch with two different meals before 3 p.m. And fat intake from mostly “good fat sources.”
- Carb-Down Days: Minimal Carb intake to force the body to use fat as an energy source. Protein still required through the day. One starch with a protein meal before 3 p.m., and fat intake from only “good fat sources.”
- Carb-Up Days: Increased amount of starches to spark the body’s metabolic rate and to provide the body with nutrients for repair and growth. Typically, the last one – two meals contain primarily carbohydrates.
- The beauty of our program is that it isolates/identifies plans for men, women and even diabetics. Everyone can work with our plan; all three groups have success and break through their dieting plateau – forever.
