What is Nutrition Boot Camp?

The ForeverFit® Nutrition Program is an intensive education program, based on a scientific approach to eating and dieting. This program is informative, motivational, and fun. The program offers education on how the body works and a meal plan that allows all foods to be consumed. The program has been featured by radio, TV and in magazines. Our Nutrition Boot Camp™ is specifically designed to help you:

  • Lose Weight & Improve your Appearance
  • Have More Energy
  • Real Education on how your body works
  • Eat bread, have pasta, enjoy wine, consume all foods
  • Reduce or Eliminate Medications – (Great Program for Diabetics)

How do I get involved in the program?
We have many ways for you to get involved, both online and live, in person. Currently, our 8 week class format is available in the Central Florida area. We also have our program newly-released DVD, along with the Nutrition Boot Camp™ Companion Guide, Recipe Book and Logbook, which you can follow along in the comfort of your own home – wherever you live. Through our simple toll-free number, you can also select to do the program in a food-coaching format, one-on-one with Wendy.

Are there special foods I need to buy?
The ForeverFit® Programs are designed around real, everyday eating, so you won’t find any hidden meal costs in our plan prices. We are all about giving you the freedom and power to eat anywhere – even eat out – so we wouldn’t want to limit that by pre-packaging our own foods. In fact, there are no forbidden foods; it’s your life – eat what you like.

Do I have to exercise?
Our program promotes exercise as a healthy way of life. In our 8-week classes, we teach you the education behind exercise and how to minimize the time doing it – while maximizing your results. We have a training facility in Altamonte Springs, with a unique concept in training. Locals and even out-of-towners find our format fun and motivational – it WORKS!

How much does the program cost?
Our nutrition programs range from $99 and up, while our local 8-week program is just under $400. Our fitness programs are the lowest in the industry, ranging from $20 and up. You can email us for specific pricing for the program you’re interested in.

Can anyone do this program?
The beauty of these programs is that they are not generic; they are personalized for both men and women, but also diabetics and people wanting to lose 10, 30, and even 100-plus pounds. Even people that have no weight to lose can learn how our programs can improve their energy levels and long-term health. 

Will this program interfere with my medications?
We don’t have specialized foods or pills on our program. You eat real food; just what you’re eating now. You may find, like many of our “boot campers,” that you will have to reduce medications, like blood pressure and diabetes medications, or eliminate them totally – and, of course, that is a good thing.

What’s the difference between fat loss and weight loss?
Weight loss is just the scale moving down by typically unhealthy means; fat loss is targeted to change your appearance, your skin, body and your long-term health.

What do I have to give up to lose weight?
This is no rigid system based on denial; the food plans are generous, simple and easy to tailor to your own needs. Built-in “food passes” make it easy – and healthy – to rotate out the days so that you can party with the best of them and not throw the entire plan out of whack.

Will this diet take over my life?
NO! Most diets make YOU revolve around THEM. ForeverFit® and Nutrition Boot Camp™ does it the right way; the meal plans revolve around YOU. By allowing you generous portion control and complete personalization, the meal plans make it easy to eat out, enjoy the holidays and celebrate along with everyone else.

Why is losing weight so hard to do?
Losing unwanted weight is a serious challenge for many of us. In part because of the confusing glut of information and misinformation we’re constantly exposed to. We’ve all heard the hype about “miracle” fad diets and “quick weight loss” exercise programs. But the fact is, successful weight loss and a healthy lifestyle are only possible when you learn how to combine the science of proper nutrition with an exercise program tailored to your specific needs.

Why do I always hit the dreaded diet’s plateau?
It is the body’s duty to survive. By continually processing what’s coming in and what’s going out – by analyzing the fuel coming in every 72-hours and the energy going out every 48-hours – it then ADAPTS and stops Fat Loss in order to “survive.” That is why dieters inevitably reach a plateau. By following fad diets that do not address the body’s adaptive rate, they lack the combination to crack the code and break through this plateau.

How does it work?
This unique program is based on the science of how your body digests, stores and uses the food you consume. The eating plan is not a diet that forbids certain foods, but rather a macro-patterning program that allows you to eat all foods – such as bread, pasta, wine and many more of your favorites – based on your body’s hormonal status.

Sounds too good to be true – what’s the catch?
This is no fad diet – it’s not a diet at all – and you’ll find no trendy foods or advice here. When you’ve got the truth on your side, you don’t need gimmicks.

Which foods are a no-no on your diet?
None! To be Forever Fit takes a lifetime of food choices. That is why ForeverFit® and Nutrition Boot Camp™ contains NO forbidden foods. It’s your life; eat what you want!

What is macro-patterning?
Macro-patterning is carefully regulating how and when you take in protein, fat and carbohydrates to avoid storing more fat.

Will this work for me?
It Can’t NOT Work: When you learn the science behind the Fat Loss Code and break it forever, you approach nutrition and fitness with the logic of knowledge – not the emotion of the latest diet book or fitness fad. When you KNOW the Fat Loss Code you can crack it. When you Crack the Fat Loss Code, it can’t NOT work.

What are your qualifications?
I am a Certified Master Personal Trainer and Specialist in Performance Nutrition, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Sciences and Nutrition Science. I began my career as a personal trainer with Bally’s Total Fitness, then quickly achieved a national ranking as one of the Top-10 in Personal Training. My commitment to helping others achieve their goals eventually inspired me to open my own training studio, ForeverFit®, in 1998.

What about outside the gym?
My experience is not limited to the classroom or the gym; I have run competitive marathons and competed as a champion bodybuilder on the national level. Now retired, I have committed full-time to teaching and am a sought-after speaker in the nutrition and fitness field. My unique food plan is not a fad diet or a quick-fix; it is a lifestyle plan with no forbidden foods and plenty of room to fit into your busy, hectic schedule.
